Just in time for the long grueling winter months, here’s my absolute  favorite dairy-free hot chocolate recipe! It’s quick  and easy to prepare. The perfect warm drink, if you want to snuggle up with your favorite person or novel, in front of the fireplace. 

 Personally, I treat myself to, at least,

one of these daily! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! 

Ingredients

Almond Milk/Coconut Milk

Hot Cocoa Classic Powder

Vanilla

Coconut Sugar

Nondairy Coconut Whipped Cream

Instructions

Pour almond milk, into your favorite 10 oz drinking mug

Over a medium flame, in a medium sauce pan, pour the almond milk from the mug

Add 2 Tablespoons of sugar to the sauce pan

Add  2 teaspoons of vanilla

Add 2 heaping Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder

Using a whisk, , mix the ingredients well

Pour back in the drinking mug, then top with nondairy coconut whipped cream

Enjoy
