Judah bowls are meals composed of a an array of colorful vegetables and rice (or quinoa), and traditionally served in oversized bowls. Each time I make a Judah bowl, it's always different from any other bowl previously made. I typically construct my Judah meals based upon what I have a taste for at that moment. In short, there's no one way, nor right or wrong way to make a Judah bowl. In fact, I usually forgo the bowl and plate mines on a medium size square white plate.
Below are two examples of Judah bowls/plates that I made. One is completely vegan (dairy-free) while the other has regular cheese and regular sour cream, as toppings.
Have fun & enjoy!
